Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 nos potatoes


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 bowls ragi flour

Directions

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into round slices.
  • Take a bowl of ragi flour.
  • Add salt , red chilli powder, chat masala to it.
  • Now male the batter by adding water to it.
  • There should not be any lumps.
  • See the consistency of the batter.
  • Neither thick nor very in liquid form.
  • Now heat the oil .
  • Dip the slices into the batter one by one and put them into the oil.
  • Deep fry them and make it crispy.
  • Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney.
